I'm a long time "health nut".  I've been passionate about all thing holistic health since I was a teenager.  It all started as a young, defiant child who had some "stomach troubles" and aches and pains that couldn't be explained by the doctor.  I was a gymnast as a child, who through unfortunate injury, was forced into retirement at the rip old age of 12.  I was determined to help myself feel better.  I didn't trust anyone with my health and felt that if the doctor couldn't help me, then I'd just have to take matters into my own hands.

A few years pass, I began making smarter food choices, learning about nutrition, how the body works, the benefits of self care, massage, yoga and all things "wholistic".   I found aromatherapy around age 15.  I was hooked from my first smell of lavender essential oil.

​

Fast forward several years, I'm a Certified Aromatherapist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher & Live Cell Microscopist.

​

I have run an active yoga studio in Southeastern Ontario where I teach several yoga classes each week.  Since making minor moves here and there around the similar area, we have now landed in our forever home, where we plan to build my next and last yoga studio.   I'm still very passionate about aromatherapy to this day and it is because of my own health pursuits and the requests of my clients and students that these products have come to be.  I believe my passion has driven me to continue challenging my level of understanding, awareness and willingness to continue the learning journey that has gotten me to where I am today.

I closed up shop for a period of time during the pandemic, and since then I have shifted to a slightly different model for business.  I had been blending and stocking the shelves, but I have now decided to blend as orders are received.  Although, this changes how quickly you may get your product (which still will not take long), it will help me to better ensure the maximal freshness of products.

At this time, we can only provide products to local customers and for Canadian addressed where shipping is required.  Unfortunately we cannot ship to USA at this time.
