How long will it take to get my product?

Accepted Answer

If you are local (within the Greater Kingston & Surrounding areas), you can expect us to contact you with a delivery date within 3-5 days of your order.
 
If you are having the product shipped to you via Canada Post, you can expect to receive your order between 3-7 days, depening upon your location within Canada.
 
If you have ordered and wish to pick up your order, we will take you as soon as your order has been prepared and is ready to go.  This usually only take 1 or 2 days.

Unfortunately at this time, we only ship within Canada

I have really sensitive skin, are your products gentle enough for even sensitive skin?"

Accepted Answer

We use high quality ingredients that are organic whenever possible.  We do not use any heavy chemical ingredients.  Most people can use our products with no problem; however we do recommend if you have any allergies, sensitivities to look at our ingredient listing on each product you are interested in.  All people are different and respond differently to certain ingredients, dispite whether they are natural or not.
If you are allergic to ragweed for example, you may want to stay away from products containing chamomile, which is in the same botanical family.

I am a vegan and want to avoid any products that have any animal based ingredients, do you have products that are safe for me to use?"

Accepted Answer

While all of our products are animal friendly, we do utilize beeswax (from a bee friendly & conscious keeper) in many of our formulations.  Some products are beewax free, but for those looking for vegan products, we can custom blend any of the products that normally contain beeswax with an alternate wax choice (candelila) by special request.  Please contact us for your special requests*

I live in the Greater Kingston Area (Napanee, Kingston, Yarker, Camden East, Harrowsmith, Sydenham, Glenburnie, Inverary, etc).  Can I stop by the studio to pick up my order?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely.  The studio is open by appointment to pick up your order at the front desk.  We also have a delivery bin, where orders can be placed for pick up at the front door.  Please get in touch with us to arrange a pick up.  We are always happy to arrange a mutally convenient time.
