Customer Care

We want you to be happy with your purchase. 

If you have questions regarding any of our products, ingredients or would like to request a specially made product, we are always happy to discuss those things with customers.

Most orders can be filled promptly; however with special orders and personalized blends, additional time may be needed to complete and fulfill your order.

Each of our products are hand blended, with some having necessary setting or settling time.  We appreciate your understanding that because of the small batch method, additional time and care is required in every step of the products manufacture, bottling & labeling.

 

If you are unhappy, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can discuss your concerns.

Payment Methods

E-transfer happily accepted.  Cash is too, if you are a local customer and would like to encourage more stable local economy, please do.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express).  Soon our online ordering system should be back up and running.

Offline Payments - please contact the studio directly for offline payments by credit card or debit

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy.  We will not sell your contract information.  Any information collected is for our business practices and proper client care services only.
